David has worked in property management and residential construction/remodeling since 2009. He supports local small-scale development and renovation. He is passionate about providing quality housing and promoting investment in our community.

Fred is a retired physician. He has managed income properties since 1985 and now enjoys working with his son David at BFR. He serves as a mentor for Cornell University's entrepreneurship program. Fred enjoys woodworking, photography, and visiting with his 5 grandchildren.
